Job Description

Define, build, and execute transportation processes from FC to customers, leveraging our Delivery center network.
Build capacity in the network by appointing Service Partners and planning Hub (IHS) points.
Maintain relationships with Service Partners and build their capability.
Hire, train, and build a highly motivated workforce for delivery teams, meeting operational requirements.
Ensure enough bandwidth for peak time delivery management.
Coordinate with Finance, CS, FC, and Projects teams on city operations.
Conduct performance appraisals of Delivery Center Managers and Channel Relationship Managers, mentoring them for efficient operations.
Continuously improve delivery processes and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement process improvements such as Kaizen.
Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
Good communication skills to explain objectives to individuals and the team.
Listening skills to gain input and commitment from all involved in delivering specific parts.
Ability to set and achieve realistic and stretching performance expectations for self and others.
Regularly review progress and act to ensure optimal results for the business.
Strong bias for great customer service, engaging the team in developing understanding of Customer Experience and knowledge of what Customers actually needs/expects.
High ownership, following through to ensure delivery of changes/solutions/services that fulfill the Customers needs.
Analytical skills to effectively analyze and interpret information, identifying and validating key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
