Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Order Handler to join our team at Alfa Laval India Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling field service orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process field service orders efficiently.
Coordinate with customers to resolve issues related to order fulfillment.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
