Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Order Handler to join our team at Alfa Laval India Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling field service orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and process field service orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
