Job Description

About the Department:

Our Loan Operations team ensures accurate processing and settlement of leveraged loans and related products. We work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and external partners to maintain operational excellence and compliance. Joining us means contributing to complex loan administration processes, collaborating with experts, and driving continuous improvement in systems and workflows.

How You Will Add Value?

You will manage loan administration tasks, including trade processing and reconciliations.
You will support settlement of loan syndications, secondary trades, CLOs, and restructures.
You will review trade confirmations and agreements for accuracy and compliance.
You will oversee trade posting, allocation, and End of Day reporting.
You will ensure accurate settlement of cash and securities and daily cash reconciliations.
You will resolve trade-related issues and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
You will collaborate on process improvements and technology enhancements.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience: 5-8 years in accounting or analysis within financial services.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Macros; experience with Wall Street Office Suite and ClearPar.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of leveraged loan and CLO operations.
Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
