About the Role

Relevant Search Media is seeking an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in hiring Sales and Business Development professionals for the SEO and Digital Marketing industry. The ideal candidate must understand SEO services, digital marketing agency requirements, and the unique characteristics of successful SEO sales profiles. This position also involves hiring SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and other core agency roles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Hiring (Primary Responsibility)

  • Recruit Sales Executives, Business Development Executives, SDRs/BDRs, Appointment Setters, and Closers.
  • Evaluate candidates communication skills, objection handling, and ability to sell SEO and digital marketing services.
  • Conduct structured sales role-play and cold-calling capability assessments.

2. SEO & Digital Marketing Hiring

  • Hire for roles including On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Link Builders, Technical SEO, Content Writers, Designers, Developers, Account Managers, and Google Ads Specialists.
  • Assess candidates based on SEO fundamentals, portfolio quality, and tool knowledge.

3. Recruitment Funnel Management

  • Oversee end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for sales, SEO, creative, and operational roles.
  • Manage hiring dashboards, weekly reporting, and continuous process improvements.

4. Evaluation, Training Support, and Culture

  • Create structured hiring SOPs and qualification frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the Founder and team leads for accurate role requirements.
  • Replace underperforming hires efficiently and maintain team performance stability.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of HR recruitment experience in SEO, digital marketing, or agency environments.
  • Strong background in hiring sales teams for marketing or SEO companies.
  • Ability to assess sales mindset, communication quality, closing ability, and performance potential.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and digital marketing services.
  • Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other hiring channels.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, pipeline management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to hire quickly without compromising on quality.
