Specialist HRBP

As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and department heads to provide strategic HR support and guidance. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of HRBP experience, with a focus on Business Partnership, Employee Relations, and Talent Management. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, assisting in the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on corrective actions will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will partner with department heads to understand their specific HR needs and develop tailored solutions. Driving talent management initiatives, involving Employee Life Cycle including Employee Engagement, performance management, and succession planning, will also be a key aspect of your role. Leading or contributing to HR projects, such as organizational development, employee Engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs, will be expected. Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations, keeping policies and procedures up to date, and acting as a change agent to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture are crucial responsibilities. You will collaborate with HR team members to support overall HR functions, such as compensation, benefits, and training.
