As a Specialist in Digital Marketing within the Marketing department, your primary responsibility will be to support the Lead in developing and executing digital marketing strategies. You will play a key role in supervising and mentoring the digital marketing team members, offering them guidance and feedback to ensure their success. Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, monitoring their performance, and making necessary optimizations. It is crucial for you to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute effectively to strategy development. Acting as a liaison between the digital marketing team and other departments, you will facilitate collaboration and communication among various teams. To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a Tier I/II college at the graduation level.
