DGFT

Role Overview:

The DGFT / Export Compliance Executive will be responsible for managing export incentives, DGFT-related documentation, EPCG schemes, customs compliance, and related operational activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level Chartered Accountants or MBA Finance graduates to build a career in global trade and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    DGFT-related activities

    , including applications, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Manage

    EPCG licensing

    , redemption processes, and maintenance of export obligation records.
  • Prepare and file

    applications for export incentives

     under various government schemes.
  • Coordinate with

    customs authorities

     for clearances, duty drawbacks, and compliance matters.
  • Maintain and track

    records for export-import (EXIM) benefits

     and schemes.
  • Monitor

    compliance with Foreign Trade Policy (FTP)

     and DGFT notifications.
  • Support audits, internal controls, and reporting on export incentives and duty benefits.
  • Liaise with internal departments (finance, logistics, operations) to ensure timely compliance and document flow.
  • Assist in

    policy updates, data analysis, and MIS reporting

     related to DGFT and customs compliance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Entry-level Chartered Accountant (CA)

     or

    MBA in Finance / International Business

     preferred.
  • 03 years of experience in

    DGFT, EPCG, customs compliance, or export operations

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    Foreign Trade Policy, customs regulations, and export incentive schemes

    .
  • Excellent

    analytical, documentation, and coordination skills

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, ERP systems, and data management

    .
  • Good communication skills to liaise with government authorities and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail and compliance-driven mindset.
