Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee life cycle processes from hire to retire, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records of statutory filings (PF, ESI), contract labour management, factory act etc. Oversee HR operations such as payroll processing, leave management system implementation. Effective Implementation of PMS via Reviewing & ensuring effective Goal setting/KPIs to enhance the overall performance ethics. Identifying the training needs and accordingly design, source & deliver training programs in order to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of the employees. Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective talent management across the organization. Participate in executive committee, adhere compliances regulations and support in Internal/External/Social/Customer Compliance Audits. Design & Implement framework, policy for Variable Pay distribution among employees along with regular monitoring and tracking mechanism Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience in Human Resources or related field. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred. Proven expertise in HR Compliance & Labour Laws; knowledge of PF, ESIC & other Statutory Compliances required.
