Role & responsibilities - Provide functional support related to SAP and other applications Focus on the deployment and enhancement of the Global Template for Finance Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and to keep them updated on related IT matters Understand the user requirements Recommend SAP solutions to align and enable business processes within Information Systems technology strategy, standards and processes Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms and workflow Configure SAP application functionality (hands-on) as required Perform unit and integration testing on our SAP Development and Quality Assurance servers, as needed to ensure high quality solutions Act as liaison and problem solver for SAP application issues Demonstrated experience managing and delivering multiple projects (sometimes concurrently) involving cross functional teams. Preferred candidate profile - BE/B-Tech in CS, Information Technology, Technical, Business/Administration, Information Systems, Management Information Systems Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP business analyst Experience with SAP FICO including accounts payable, purchase to pay process, accounts receivable, order to cash process, and general ledge Should have certifications in any of two or three- SAP, FICO, ITIL, PMP, CO, FI, CPA, HPQC, PMI, ACCA.

Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee life cycle processes from hire to retire, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records of statutory filings (PF, ESI), contract labour management, factory act etc. Oversee HR operations such as payroll processing, leave management system implementation. Effective Implementation of PMS via Reviewing & ensuring effective Goal setting/KPIs to enhance the overall performance ethics. Identifying the training needs and accordingly design, source & deliver training programs in order to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of the employees. Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective talent management across the organization. Participate in executive committee, adhere compliances regulations and support in Internal/External/Social/Customer Compliance Audits. Design & Implement framework, policy for Variable Pay distribution among employees along with regular monitoring and tracking mechanism Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience in Human Resources or related field. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred. Proven expertise in HR Compliance & Labour Laws; knowledge of PF, ESIC & other Statutory Compliances required.
