1. Specialist- Demand Planning (COE)

The Demand Planning Center of Excellence (COE) Lead will play a pivotal role in driving best-in-class demand planning practices across the ' global operations of a leading Manufacturing organisation. This role is responsible for building and sustaining demand planning capabilities, providing governance, and ensuring the adoption of standardized processes and tools. The incumbent will collaborate cross-functionally with regional demand planning teams, sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain functions to ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory optimization.

2. Specialist- Supply planning (COE)

The Supply Planning Center of Excellence (COE) Lead will play a pivotal role in driving best-in-class supply planning practices across the global operations of a leading Manufacturing organisation. This role is responsible for building and sustaining supply planning capabilities, providing governance, and ensuring the adoption of standardized processes and tools. The incumbent will collaborate cross-functionally with regional SCM planning teams, sales, marketing, finance, and extended supply chain functions to deliver best in class supply planning processes, customer service and inventory levels

• Relevant Experience

  : 7 years + of relevant industry experience wherein someone has handled the specialist respective Demand & Supply Planning (COE) role only.

• Education: B.Tech + MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIM Mumbai/SP JAIN etc).

• Preferred Industries

  : FMCG/FMCD or any other reputed Manufacturing Organisation.
• Diversity profiles are strongly preferred.
• The candidate should be from operational background and currently handling projects and implementing tools.
• Someone from new process or system implementation experience. Who understands the process and also has leadership qualities with strategic thinking is able to learn faster.
• Candidate should be well verse with advanced planning tools
