The Role

Our newly established Insights & Intelligence team is a global group of innovators and data experts, dedicated to revolutionizing talent services through the power of data. Together, we uncover our clients' unique needs and translate them into actionable insights, empowering Talent Acquisition teams to excel.

Our Specialist - Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving decision-making at AMS by leveraging comprehensive analysis of operational and external data sets. The team’s core mission is to uncover actionable insights that optimize operational performance and forecast future trends, empowering AMS to stay ahead in a dynamic environment.

Key Accountabilities

Things you will do:

• Managing all Hiring related data & daily weekly, monthly, quarterly reports, performance related reports.
• Taking care of BGV Part.
• Managing entire Recruitment related MIS.
• Managing Recruitment Related Activities include scheduling interviews & posting jobs on LinkedIn for all the open roles.
• Implementing technology in hiring and can make forms and generate reports.
• Analyzing the data & preparing the reports which later can be presented to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• 5 years of experience in relevant role.
• Experience in Advance Excel & Power point.
• Experience in Generating reports, Data Analysis & Data Mining.
• Good to have- BGV & implementation of technology.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Tools required –
• Advanced Excel
• PowerPoint
• Power BI (preferred)
• Excel Automation
• Basic coding/automation logic helpful
