Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Specialist Client Engagement in the KYC GCC department within ANZ Banking Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client engagement and relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Analyze client feedback and market research to identify areas for improvement and optimize business development.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in client engagement, relationship management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the banking industry, particularly in the Gulf region.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
