Job Description

Manage trade settlements by working closely with brokers, custodians, and fund administrators.
Monitor trade confirmations, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on failed trades.
Maintain accurate records of trade settlements and reconciliation.
Perform accounting and reconciliation tasks, including post-receipt and payment entries.
Rebalance and manage cash flows to ensure efficient allocation of funds across client portfolios.
Generate and distribute performance reports to clients, providing detailed information on portfolio performance and transaction history.
Assist in conducting periodic compliance reviews and identify gaps, implementing corrective measures.
Monitor operational risk factors and contribute to risk management efforts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and portfolio data in the system, performing regular data validation and reconciliation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including portfolio managers, sales, and compliance teams, to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading, and settlement processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in PMS backend operations is an added advantage.
