Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in accounting, tax, and SMSF services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Present TaxOZ services effectively, tailoring solutions to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in accounting, finance, or professional services).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the Australian accounting and tax industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
