Role & responsibilities

To lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to strengthen companys brand positioning as a leading Chemistry CRO. The role focuses on enhancing global visibility, enabling business development, building strong technical communication, and driving digital engagement across key pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, nutraceutical, and agrochemical segments.

Market Research & Lead Generation:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify target companies worldwide in the chemical innovation space.
• Build and maintain comprehensive lists of potential clients with full contact and LinkedIn details.

Database Management:

• Organize and regularly update a structured CRM / database of leads and decision-makers.
• Ensure data accuracy and relevancy for ongoing campaigns.

Conference & Event Scouting:

• Identify top global conferences aligned with our business goals.
• Secure participant lists and evaluate ROI of conference participation.

Email Campaigns & Outreach:

• Design and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns.
• Craft personalized, compelling content to engage with key decision-makers.
• Monitor campaign metrics and continuously refine strategies for higher engagement and conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate + MBA / PGD / Certificate in Marketing / Digital Marketing with 5 to 10 yrs of experience in B2B Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Digital world, devising & implementing digital marketing campaigns.
• MBA (Marketing / Digital Marketing) would be added advantages.
• Prior experience in a CRO, CDMO, Chemical, or Pharma company is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with chemistry-related technologies & services.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn management, B2B social media marketing, and digital branding.
• Experience in content writing for scientific/technical industries (pharma, chemicals, CRO/CDMO preferred).
• Strong experience in market research, lead generation, and data management.
• Working experience with website analytics, social media platforms, & digital advertising best practices.
• Experience with industry conferences and trade shows.
• Track record of executing high-conversion email campaigns.
• Hands-on involvement in the execution of digital marketing initiatives & campaigns.
• Work closely with R&D, Process Chemistry, Analytical, BD, and HR teams for updated information and content inputs.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
