Skills Required:

• Ability to shoot daily videos and photos
• Content creation & script writing
• Reels creation and video editing
• Ability to customize content as per brand requirements
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Creative thinking, good communication, and presentation skills
• Good personality and confidence in front of camera
• Basic editing tools knowledge (Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to join our team at Simcha Island. The role includes daily content creation, video shooting, reel making, and promoting our brand through engaging digital content. Candidates should have a pleasing personality, strong communication skills, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Shoot daily videos, photos, and capture on-ground activities at Simcha Island
• Create engaging reels, short videos, and social media content
• Edit videos and customize content as per campaign requirements
• Brainstorm and plan creative ideas for promotions, events, and brand campaigns
• Coordinate with marketing team for daily content schedules
• Improve brand visibility on social media through regular postings
• Interact with visitors for testimonial videos and live content
• Maintain a content library for future marketing use
• Support in on-ground promotional activities and events
• Monitor performance of social media content and suggest improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
