Job Description

ROLEPURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

  1. Thisrole is responsible to coordinate admin services & usersupport, ensure service satisfaction by internal users byefficient deployment of services and connectivity.
  2. Tomaintain day to day administrative and infrastructure facilitiesfor assigned branches/clusters
  3. Tocoordinate submission of fixed assets reconciliation reports ofassigned branches in coordination with Branch Managers
  4. Toserve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC), for all compliancerelated submission Ho/RO for inspections and audits (rentalagreements, TL and S & E Act)

  • Respondand resolve complaints received from branches concerning repairs& maintenance of assets for their allocated branches/premises in coordination with vendors
  • Arrangefacilities and manage events as required by the departments attheir allocated premises
  • Customer(Both Internal & External)
  • Maintaina professional relationship with Landlords and vendors andcoordinate for any admin & infra related documentationrequired at regional levels.
  • Liaisewith statutory bodies Only Shops and Establishments /Trade Licenses (if required)
  • InternalProcess
  • EnsureSignage maintenance, matters related Trade License, and Shops &Establishment Act are managed professionally
  • EnsureBroadband installation and maintenance of the same incoordination with IT.
  • Managevendor responsible for maintenance of office maintenanceincluding pantry
  • Schedulingand development of work force to maintain highest standard ofcleanliness and hygiene
  • Reportingbranch's admin related matters to supervisor as per escalationmatrix
  • Adhereto timelines all official communications & documentationssuch as contracts, agreements and compliance
  • Innovation& Learning
  • Tocoordinate for goal setting, target and performance rewards forAdmin & Infra team for their admin related compliance androutine works.

  1. MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Educational

Qualifications

  • Bachelorsdegree in any specialization

Functional Skills

  • Thoroughknowledge of facility management, must have handled vendors andworked on renovation site. Understanding of utility providers
  • Proficientin MS Word, Excel & Power

Behavioral Skills

  • Musthave worked in a team with specific contribution (measurable)
  • Goodwritten communications, and professional vocabulary
  • Mustpossess acceptable Interpersonal Skills, and display maturity
