Job Description & Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BRS preparation, reconciliation tasks such as 26 AS with books, and GST reconciliations. Proficiency in Oracle and Excel, along with strong communication skills, is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of 26AS, general ledger, and sub-ledger balances.
Preparing accounting schedules for audit and tax purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams and ensure timely delivery of reports and details.
Maintain documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation activities.
Support internal and external audits with relevant data and reports.
Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives.
Mandatory skill sets:
Financial accounting, GL accounting, reconciliation, Excel
