Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Accounts Responsibilities: • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system. • Record purchase, sales, journal, and expense vouchers accurately. • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, maintain cash/bank books. • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation. • Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and follow up for payments. • Support in monthly financial reports, MIS, and filing of records. HR Responsibilities: • Maintain employee attendance and leave records. • Assist in recruitment processes scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate data. • Prepare appointment letters, extensions, confirmations, and other HR documentation. • Coordinate for employee joining, exits, and maintain personal files. • Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance data (PF, ESI, etc.). • Support HR and Admin team in daily coordination and communication tasks. Preferred candidate profile • Educational Qualification: B.Com / Diploma in Accounts or HR. • Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounts and HR handling (manufacturing/export background preferred). • Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office, MMC software for payroll.
