Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator based in Navi Mumbai. The Special Educator will work closely with children with developmental delays or disabilities to assess their needs, create individualized education plans, and implement tailored teaching methods. Key responsibilities include developing lesson plans, fostering skill development, and collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure consistent support for the child’s progress.

Qualifications

• Special Education expertise for designing and executing individualized teaching strategies
• Teaching experience, particularly in middle school settings, to cater to diverse learning needs
• Knowledge in addressing developmental delays and disabilities effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with caregivers and team members
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field preferred
• Certification in teaching children with special needs is an advantage
