Phoenix Greens School of Learning is looking for a qualified and experienced Special Educator to join our team at the earliest.

Position: Special Educator Experience Required: 3–5 years Board Exposure: CBSE or similar curriculum Employment Type: Full-Time

Mandatory Qualifications:

• B.Ed in Special Education (Recognized University)
• Valid RCI Registration (Rehabilitation Council of India)
• Prior experience in inclusive school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide remedial instruction and learning support
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum and teaching strategies
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and documentation
• Support students with learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges
• Engage with parents through counselling and progress discussions
• Ensure compliance with CBSE and statutory guidelines

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of learning disabilities, ADHD, ASD, and behavioral challenges
• Expertise in inclusive education practices
• Ability to develop differentiated lesson plans
• Excellent observation, assessment, and intervention skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and school leadership
• Knowledge of CBSE policies and SEN documentation
• Proficiency in maintaining records and reports
• Classroom management and behavior modification techniques
