Special Education Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Education Specialist located in Vadodara. The role involves working closely with children to provide tailored educational support, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, and maintaining effective communication with parents, teachers, and other professionals. The Specialist will also provide guidance and strategies to enhance learning outcomes and support developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Special Education and Education to design and implement customized learning plans
• Experience or expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support behavioral interventions
• Strong Communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Proven ability to work closely with children, demonstrating empathy, patience, and adaptability
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Knowledge of developmental challenges and inclusive learning practices
• Experience in managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment is a plus
