Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role based in Kerala, India. Responsibilities include developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs, providing support and guidance to children, collaborating with educators and parents, using evidence-based practices like Applied Behavior Analysis, and fostering effective communication to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis Proficiency in Communication and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams Experience in Education and teaching methodologies tailored to individual learning needs Ability to support the development and progress of children with special needs Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related fields Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of children with special needs Prior experience working in educational or child-focused roles is a plus
