Special Education Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Education Specialist located in Mumbai. The role involves working closely with children, designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to their unique needs. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, applying methods such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), collaborating with parents and educators to support children's progress, and fostering effective communication to create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a strong foundation in Special Education practices
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in Education and expertise in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Proven ability in working with children, ensuring personalized care and engagement
• Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or learning challenges is a plus
