Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Education Specialist located in Cuttack. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans, evaluating student needs, and tailoring teaching strategies to meet the diverse requirements of students with special needs. The role also includes working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance communication, behavior management, and learning outcomes. The Specialist will engage in assessing progress and making necessary adjustments to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Special Education and experience in working with children with diverse learning needs Applied Behavior Analysis skills and expertise in managing behavior and fostering positive outcomes Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and educational teams Background in general Education practices and methodologies Ability to work effectively on-site and commitment to supporting children in a physical classroom setting Experience in creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) is highly desirable Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
