  • Solid understanding of the CIO/CDIO landscape, emerging technologies, and enterprise digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong research acumen to identify high-impact technology visionaries.
  • An established or growing network within the CIO/CDIO and tech leadership community is an advantage.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and managing speaker engagement logistics.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and event management tools.
