Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and trade directory follow ups in Spanish-speaking regions.

• Qualify prospects based on company needs, budget, and decision-making potential.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the manufacturing and machinery sectors.

• Translate client requirements and key technical needs into lead notes for the sales team.

• Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams to schedule Meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in internal Dashboards systems.

• Track industry trends in Spanish-speaking regions and suggest lead acquisition strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – must have.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Prior experience in lead generation or sales support, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors, is a plus.
