Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Spanish Lead Generation Intern to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients across Latin America and other Spanish-speaking regions. The role will focus on generating high-quality leads for our industrial machinery solutions and supporting business development efforts in the target market.
Key Responsibilities:
•Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and trade directory follow-ups in Spanish-speaking regions.
•Qualify prospects based on company needs, budget, and decision-making potential.
•Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the manufacturing and machinery sectors.
•Translate client requirements and key technical needs into lead notes for the sales team.
•Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams to schedule Meetings.
•Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in internal Dashboards systems.
•Track industry trends in Spanish-speaking regions and suggest lead acquisition strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – must have.
•Strong communication and persuasion skills.
•Prior experience in lead generation or sales support, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors is a plus.
•Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
•Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
