Spa Supervisor

As a Spa Manager at Meghavi Wellness Spa, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that our clients have an unparalleled experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring all guests receive a warm, welcoming, and professional experience from arrival to departure. - Addressing any guest complaints or concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. - Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction by providing consistent, high-quality, and personalized services. - Promoting spa packages, treatments, and retail products to enhance revenue. - Supervising the daily operation of the spa, including schedules, treatments, and services. - Maintaining accurate records of appointments, staff schedules, and inventory. - Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities to adhere to hygiene and safety standards. - Ensuring spa equipment and products are well-maintained and stocked, placing orders as necessary. - Monitoring and controlling operational costs while maximizing profitability and maintaining quality standards. - Collaborating with the management team to develop new services, packages, and promotions to drive revenue. - Working closely with the hotel's front desk and guest services to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction. - Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure spa facilities are well-kept at all times. - Collaborating with the marketing team to promote spa services through various channels. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate or Intermediate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in SPA OPERATIONS. - Experience in spa services for at least 2 years is required.
