Spa Supervisor

You will be working for a leading Luxury Hotel in Saudi Arabia and we are seeking individuals who are talented and eager to be a part of our client's expanding team. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site) As a Spa Supervisor, your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa. This involves managing staff, coordinating client appointments, and ensuring smooth functioning of the spa. You will be in charge of supervising spa therapists, receptionists, and other spa staff. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner is a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory of spa products and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels. It is important to maintain all spa equipment and ensure they are operated in compliance with health and safety regulations. To qualify for this position, you should hold a diploma or a degree in Spa Management, Hospitality, or related fields. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a spa environment is required, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services is essential. Your ability to handle customer service situations calmly and effectively will be beneficial in this role.
