Job Title: Sr. Process Analyst – SPA Claims Department: GGB India – Operations Location: Mumbai Reporting To: Team Manager – Client Services GGB Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in Quality Analysis within the insurance domain Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Insurance certification is a plus) About Gallagher: Our client is a global leader in insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting, with over 52,000 employees across more than 130 countries. Role Overview: The Sr. Process Analyst will be part of the claims processing team, supporting reinsurance placement and end-to-end client servicing in compliance with IRDAI guidelines. The role involves managing claims lifecycle activities such as booking, validation, generating closings, and ensuring accuracy in documentation. Key Responsibilities: Identify, verify, and book valid claims based on policy slips Generate closing statements for claim settlements Maintain accurate and complete claim records in internal systems Coordinate with cedents and underwriters for seamless transaction processing Ensure effective communication and resolution of issues Additional Responsibilities: Apply critical thinking and sound judgment in transaction reviews Adhere to quality and compliance standards Maintain confidentiality of sensitive claim and client data Continuously upskill to improve audit and operational effectiveness Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of insurance and claims processes Technical proficiency with relevant tools and systems Excellent written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation High sense of ownership and accountability Show more Show less
