Job Description Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site South Indian Executive Chef at Podi Point located in Ujjain. Your main responsibility will be to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain the quality and consistency of dishes, and develop new recipes while upholding the essence of South Indian cuisine. Your role will involve tasks such as menu planning, supervision of kitchen staff, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
