Job Title: Senior CDP / Sous Chef (South Indian & Kerala Cuisine)
Location: Alappuzha (Alleppey), Kerala
We are hiring an experienced Senior CDP or Sous Chef with strong expertise in Kerala and South Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate should have excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering authentic regional flavours.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and oversee high-quality dishes with a focus on Kerala and South Indian cuisine
Support menu development and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Supervise kitchen operations and guide junior team members
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
Manage inventory, food costing, and kitchen coordination
Requirements
Proven experience as Senior CDP or Sous Chef
Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines; expertise in Kerala/South Indian cuisine preferred
Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced kitchen
Willingness to relocate to Alappuzha (Alleppey)
Strong communication and organizational skills
