Role Overview

We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, and smooth service flow.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working on ground and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate during service hours
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness (FSSAI standards)
• Assist with menu execution, prep planning, and inventory control
• Reduce wastage and manage raw material usage efficiently
• Step in during Head Chef’s absence when required

Who We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as Sous Chef / Senior CDP / Kitchen Supervisor
• Experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant kitchens
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine (continental experience is a plus)
• Ability to manage team and service pressure
• Disciplined, calm, and quality-focused
• Based in Goa or willing to relocate to South Goa
