Udupi Cuisine Chef & Cook Team – Vegetarian Restaurant (Alappuzha)

Location: Alappuzha, Kerala
We are hiring an experienced Udupi Cuisine Chef and a team of cooks for a newly opening vegetarian Udupi restaurant in Alappuzha.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Udupi-style vegetarian dishes
Handle South Indian breakfast items, meals, and traditional snacks
Maintain taste consistency and food quality
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen discipline
Support smooth kitchen operations during restaurant opening and regular service
Requirements:
Proven experience in Udupi vegetarian cuisine
Strong knowledge of South Indian recipes and snack preparation
Ability to work as part of a kitchen team
Commitment to quality, hygiene, and timely service
Salary:
As per experience and skill level
