Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef: Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and staff management.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Oversee the kitchen team, assign tasks, and ensure that all staff adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Food Preparation: Participate in cooking and preparing meals, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records of food and supply usage.
  • Training and Development: Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing coaching to improve their skills and performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food served meets the restaurant's quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new menu items and specials based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
