This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Dharana at Shillim, located in Pune. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation in the restaurant. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and taste, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and assisting in menu development. The Sous Chef will also ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with dietary requirements and guest preferences, maintaining high standards of health and safety in the kitchen.
