🔹 Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution
🔹 Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality
🔹 Maintain stock, food costing, wastage control and inventory reports
🔹 Ensure excellent hygiene and adherence to FSSAI food safety standards
🔹 Monitor food preparation and plating to maintain brand standards
🔹 Innovate new dishes while improving existing menu items
🔹 Handle kitchen during Executive Chef’s absence
🔹 Coordinate with purchase and store teams for timely ingredient requirements
✔ Diploma/degree in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts preferred
✔ Strong leadership, communication & team-handling skills
✔ Hands-on experience in North Indian cuisine (tandoor knowledge preferred)
✔ Ability to work under pressure and deliver during high volume operations
