Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and menu execution at our health-centric cloud kitchen. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure every dish is crafted with quality, consistency, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, prepping, and executing healthy recipes (keto, gluten-free, vegan, sattvic, etc.)
Supervise daily kitchen operations and delegate tasks to junior staff
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and plating standards
Ensure proper inventory management, portion control, and cost efficiency
Support in creating new dishes or menu ideas aligned with the brand’s health philosophy
Monitor food safety standards and cleanliness (FSSAI norms)

Ideal Candidate Has:

2–5 years of experience in a similar role (cloud kitchen, health café, wellness brand is a plus)
Deep knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and dietary needs (keto, vegan, gluten-free, sattvic)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setup
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Basic computer/smartphone use for kitchen systems and inventory
