Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine. Located in Palampur, the role involves assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and overseeing kitchen operations. The Sous Chef will ensure consistent food quality, adherence to safety standards, and contribute to staff training and development. Responsibilities also include managing inventory and maintaining an efficient workflow in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must have worked atleast as a CDP in a Cafe or Branded Hotel quality and standards
• Expertise in Continental cuisine, including food preparation and presentation skills
• Team leadership, kitchen management, and staff supervision experience
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance
• Inventory management, cost control, and menu planning skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in high-end hospitality is a plus
