Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group General Manager, located in Palampur. The GG Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, maintaining facilities, overseeing budgeting and financial management, and implementing policies and procedures to maximize efficiency.

• Operational management experience in hospitality or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in budget management and financial planning
• Ability to implement and monitor policies and procedures
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
• Experience with sustainable and environmentally friendly practices is a plus
