Role Overview: As a Sous Chef - Conti at Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa in Udaipur, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Head Chef in overseeing food preparation in the kitchen. This includes preparing high-quality meals, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards, and creating new recipes and menus. Your role will also involve training new staff and ensuring quality standards are met.
