We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized HRM & Administrative Executive to support our human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing HR strategies, maintaining statutory compliance, and managing day-to-day office administration with efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Human Resource Management: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and leave management systems. Process payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for timely disbursal. Monitor performance appraisal cycles and support employee engagement initiatives. Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws including ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc. Draft and implement HR policies; ensure company-wide adherence. Organize and track training & development programs; maintain training documentation. Address and escalate employee grievances with professionalism and discretion. Administrative Duties: Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and supply inventory. Liaise with vendors, courier services, IT support, and maintenance teams. Manage documentation, internal/external correspondence, and systematic filing. Coordinate meetings, office events, travel arrangements, and staff activities. Handle renewals of company licenses, insurance policies, AMC contracts, etc. Maintain relationships and communication with local and government authorities for compliance matters. Pharmaceutical Industry-Specific Tasks: Safeguard employee confidentiality in roles related to the regulated drug supply chain. Support compliance and documentation in alignment with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act (DCA). Ensure proper credential verification and documentation for pharmacists and distribution staff. Assist in audit readiness and manage HR/Admin documentation during inspections by drug control authorities or other regulatory bodies. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution sector. Sound knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil . Familiarity with HRMS tools is an advantage. Key Attributes: Ethical and professional demeanor. Role & responsibilities: Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role. 1. Remains current in decontamination sterilization, packaging, and distribution of instrumentation and supplies 2. Operate the following equipment: a. Ultrasonic washer/dryer b. Water distiller c. Washer/decontamination unit d. Steam sterilizers: Hi-vac and gravity e. Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer f. Instrument marker g. Steris 3. Monitor efficiency of sterilizer and log a. Perform biological testing 4. Knowledge of and performance in cold sterilization 5. Identification of surgical instrumentation by proper name and appropriate sterilization method 6. Preparation of surgical goods and instrumentation for sterilization 7. Maintains appropriate rotation of sterile supplies 8. Appropriately identify each sterilizer load and maintain record of each 9. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the department 10. Practice safe handling of patient care items that have been exposed to blood and/or body fluid 11. Report broken or malfunctioning equipment to Lead Central Sterile Technician 12. Assist with transporting surgery patients 13. Observe safe working habits 14. Participate in in-service education and department meetings 15. Abide by hospital policies and procedures 16. Maintain patient confidentiality 17. Perform other duties as assigned Preferred candidate profile: Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications. 1. B. Sc - Microbiology, Zoology or Diplomo 2. Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions 3. Must be able to lift, stand and stoop without physical restriction 4. Conscientious in detail and grooming 5. Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization techniques 6.
