Role Overview: As a Sous Chef - Conti at Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa in Udaipur, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen. This entails preparing high-quality meals, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards, creating new recipes and menus, training new staff, and upholding quality standards.
