Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and Non-IT positions through various channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/non-technical assessments with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking systems.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with industry trends, especially emerging roles and in-demand skills across IT and Non-IT domains.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Proven experience with sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
