Brief Job Summary

Responsible for Execution of specific Vendor wise Bulk Production in accordance with Brand Needs. To deliver product within target cost, quality, lead time, manage critical path of Time & Action Calendar from Order confirmation till delivery at Warehouse.

Key Deliverables

• Ensure specific vendors Bulk shipments are delivered Ontime through pre-aligned pre-production activities
• Ensure vendor wise shipments are delivered with proper mix of SKU
• Ensure due diligence of raw material usage and trim cost sheets are validated before PO issual
• Collaborate with Quality team to support Quality targets.
• Capacity Management and ensure capacity data is updated frequently for placement decisions.
• Manage Preproduction Approvals within agreed timelines.
• Ensure data systems are updated weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of Time and action calendar on line plan across specific vendors, providing visibility on weekly basis to ensure complete control of bulk delivery
• Preempt bottlenecks in achieving the bulk delivery, engage with stakeholders for possible solutions.
• Collaboratively engage with PD, Quality team on approvals to ensure TNA adherence.
• Continuous Review of Vendor performance from Ontime, Quality perspective to meet business needs.
• Review vendor wise monthly performance report on delivery, serviceability and as well defect %. Follow up with CAP for continuous improvements to meet Key Objective i.e., “Ontime in Full (OTIF)”
• Appropriately highlight product engineering and risks to PD with suggested alternatives.
• Validate detailed vendor wise product cost breakups and proactively support stakeholders to meet cost targets.
• Ensure Vendors adhere to Quality Standards and develop an approach towards continuous upgrade.
• Follow up with vendor on test failures, resubmissions in engagement with fabric team

Education

Graduate/ B. Tech (Textiles)/ NIFT Degree

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Garment Sourcing
