Job Summary:

Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and guide a team of
15 to 20 sourcers
Assign work, track performance, and support team development
Handle end-to-end sourcing for multiple roles
Create and maintain
Excel reports
(daily, weekly, monthly)
Track sourcing metrics like pipeline, productivity, and turnaround time
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers
Improve sourcing processes and team efficiency

Required Skills:

Experience in talent sourcing and team handling
Strong
Excel skills
(Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reports)
Good communication and leadership skills

Work Schedule

Working Days:
6 days a week
Working Hours:
10 am - 7 pm
Work Location
: Plot no. 109, Gurugram Sector 44
