SOURCING MANAGER

Company Description :Kiwi Clothing is a 20 year old apparel manufacturing company in Tirupur, India. Company has a strong customer base in Europe and possess all compliance certifications and licences.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sourcing Manager. As part of your daily tasks, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, identifying potential customers and managing customer relationships. The role involves negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality control, and maintaining inventory levels. This position is located in Tiruppur with some work from home flexibility to ensure optimal work-life balance. Can ready to travel to visit customers.

Qualifications

• Strategic sourcing and customer management experience
• Contract negotiation and cost management expertise
• Quality control and inventory management skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant sourcing and procurement software
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the clothing or textile industry is a plus
