Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading procurement activities, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring high-quality products at optimal costs as a Sourcing Manager at Jain Amar, a renowned name in the fashion retail industry known for quality, innovation, and style. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sourcing strategies that are aligned with the business goals. - Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and quality. - Monitor market trends and assess supplier performance regularly. - Oversee procurement operations to ensure timely delivery and maintain optimal inventory levels. - Drive cost savings initiatives and implement sourcing improvements. - Establish and nurture strong relationships within the Western women's wear/men's wear category. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management. - Proficiency in vendor development and negotiation. - Previous experience in the apparel/fashion industry is preferred. - Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential for this role.
