Sourcing Manager

Location: Western Mumbai

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

• Establishing and activating new channel partners, and supervising the onboarding procedure.
• Holding regular meetings with existing active channel partners to maintain continuous business flow.
• Creating additional sales incentives and schemes for channel partners.
• Maintaining a comprehensive market survey analysis to grasp market trends and support channel partner activation.
• Organizing (ATL) and (BTL) activities with channel partners to generate leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing roles.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate transactions.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
